"What an awesome place to stay!! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Really nice location, not far out of Fairbanks. We stayed here on our way back from Chena Hot Springs. Loved the detail of the bus, super clean. Really appreciated having some basic food available for the stay, that was super helpful. With all the windows and the out of town location it made for a perfect night sky viewpoint. Would definitely stay here again!"

"What an absolutely incredible stay! The beautiful log cabin tucked away in the woods of Fairbanks was everything I could have hoped for and more. The cabin was exceptionally clean, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The absolute highlight was witnessing the Northern Lights on three of my four nights, right outside the cabin (pictures are UNEDITED, with only iPhone night mode being used). Without question, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful things I’ve ever seen, and an experience I’ll never forget.A special mention has to go to Elke, who is genuinely one of the kindest, most thoughtful and communicative hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Having coffee personally delivered by Lisa and her wonderful sled dogs was such a unique and lovely touch (although I perhaps wish I hadn’t “enjoyed” the previous night as much with whiskey to have really appreciated the meet and greet)!The surrounding wilderness is stunning, with plenty to see and do around Fairbanks, whilst the cabin itself offers the perfect peaceful retreat.I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better Alaskan experience. A truly magical place with an exceptional host. As someone from England, who just moved to California last year and has been to 11 states, this was my favourite stay - I would return in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"What a wonderful place! It’s clean, has all the amenities you could want, and is the perfect location for peace & quiet yet close to the town. We worked at Eielson during an exercise. Perfect for long days at work while getting plenty of sleep."

"It’s a beautiful property. We had a moose with 2 babies visit us a few times. That was a thrill. The stairs are a bit steep going to the master bedroom but there are good hands rails to help. I works stay again. Loved it."

"Quiet little cabin tucked away in the forest near North Pole, Ak. This cabin is close to Badger Slough where we observed moose grazing on grass at the bottom of the river. The cabin is stocked with everything you need for a nice get away; including towels, sheets, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pans etc. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this sweet little cabin"
