Hotel ist gut um Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden...

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Allerdings könnten abendliche Angebote ins Programm aufgenommen werden, eventuell auch ein Schwimmbad drinnen... Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer sind sauber. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. War in Ordnung. could have been a great hotel if staff were honest

the room i ordered from expedia included free parking which was written clearly in the voucher. when checked in i was told that expedia can write whatever they want in the confirmation email and in the offer the publish on their website and that if i'd like to use the parking i'd have to pay 10 EUR per day. except for the breakfest waiter who was kind and professional the front desk staff wasn't as nice as they should be, nor spoke well english which made it a lot more difficult to mannage with them. over all i'm dissapointed both of the hotel which wasn't honest and with expedia that never agreed to take responsibility on the mistake nor even suggested any kind of compensation for the extra money i was chraged for using the parking which should have been free. on top of all, when tryed to make special request prior to vacation the hotel just ignored my emails and requests and not even refused. and one thing that you should know before booking- the hotel is just infront of the fairy which cross the lake and many rooms have a view to a public parking lot which doesn't reflect the beauty of the area.

Torri Del Benaco

Rooms were too simple to be junior suite but otherwise good. The pillows were really hard. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. Hotel staff were not so helpful to find the ferry schedule, we had to find themselves. Good breakfast.

RIGHT BY FERRY At Torri.

The staff here were fantastic but had to multi-task and that seemed to take away from us feeling comfortable asking for help. My husband and I are on medications that have to be refrigerated and there isn't one in the rooms. No place to put small clothes in drawers and we stayed a week unpacked. Shower door had small opening making it difficult to slide in. No way to get clothes cleaned as the nearest laundromat was 8 kilometres away.

Fräscht och rent hotell på rätt sida av sjön

Litet hotell som ligger i början av ett gångstråk med restauranger och strandplatser. Vi hade utsikt mot sjön vilket bjöd på den mest fantastiska kvällssolen man kan tänka sig! Mycket bra frukost med lagom mycket att välja på, lite sämre med påfyllningen så man bör vara där tidigt. Varken färjan eller parkeringsplatsen störde särskilt. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Veldig hyggelig hotell rett ved vannet, og gangavstand til en liten koselig havneby, Torri del Benacco, med mange fine restauranter ved vannet. Anbefales.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Idealer Ort um den Gardasee zu erkunden,Schöne helle Zimmer sauberes , modernes Bad. Die Fähre auf die andre Seite Fahrt vor der Haustür ab, kleiner privater Stand zum Sonnen ins Wasser nur mit Badeschuhen da es sehr steinig dort ist. Klasse Frühstück.

Scheinbar generalüberholtes Hotel direkt am See - aber leider auch direkt an der Hauptstrasse und direkt neben einer "open-air - Discothek". Somit fällt schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster bedauerlicherweise aus.
