「Positive things: the environment of the hotel is simply superb. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind, it felt like home. A beautiful location to take walks in. Surrounded by mountains and warm stores to check out. 100% would recommend. The public transport system at the village is amazing, places like interlaken are highly accessible and easy to navigate. Negatives; the WiFi is slow. But who needs WiFi when you are in beautiful nature!」

「Room is clean, but the facility is old. I used car parking which costs 10SF/day. The hotel offers free therme entrance and Leukerbad pass. Breakfast is acceptable.」

「山側の部屋であればもう少し静かに快適に過ごすことができたのではないかと？今回は街側の部屋で朝早くの車の行ききがいささか気になりました。 たいした騒音ではありません。」

「何度か利用していますが、パノラマビューの部屋は広く、バルコニーも付いていて快適でした。 ただ、二日目に新しいバスローブをお願いしたが、予備がないとの事でもらえなかったのが残念でした。 」

「客室は広くて、設備も充実してます。朝食も温かい料理の提供もあり満足感が高いです。オーブンやテレビの使い方がいまいちわからないところがあり、英語のマニュアルがあると良かったです。」

「ホテルも、スタッフも 気遣いがすごく部屋も清潔です。 ただ、今、世界が温暖化のため クランモンタナも、お昼は かなり暑い。部屋にクーラーが、ない クーラーがあればもう最高でした。」

「Camera estremamente piccola, non dispone di un mini frigo o qualcosa che tenga bevande o medicinali in fresco. Le lenzuola avevano una macchia enorme marrone.. All’arrivo non è stato neanche caricato il dispenser del sapone. Non previsto nemmeno un kit cortesia. Il bar della struttura apre alle 09:00, quindi non c’è possibilità di fare colazione prima di quell’ora. Sicuramente non vale il prezzo!」
