I don’t understand any negative reviews I thought this place was fantastic and I had a wonderful time. Shout out to Eva at the front desk and Victor in the restaurant both were very helpful and should get raises! The room was spotlessly clean and the maid mopped my floor during my stay which impressed me. Good food too.

4 star prices for a 2 star property splashed with the colors of the rainbow so its owners can exploit our community. There are many 4 and 5 star properties that are just as close to the gay area for less money. And you won’t be staying in a dormitory style room with a bit of lipstick smacked upon.

This hotel has gone downhill. Not impressed
Stayed at the Ritual several times but won’t be staying there again. Beds very uncomfortable really hard mattress and all the same so nothing hotel can do to help with this. Also the staff are generally dis interested in giving good customer service, they do the minimum possible in any interaction and we will not be staying here again

Extremely dirty room.
Had a junior suite but it was extremely dirty - seems there is no cleaning of the floor at all - even between guests. It was so dirty you would not take your shoes off. Plus points for great service from the reception staff. Very tired room is ok but when it's so dirty I would never come back.

Das Hotel ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. S-Bahnstation und Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimmereinrichtung und das Bad sind schon etwas abgewohnt. TV und Internet im Zimmer haben nicht gut funktioniert.

Liked: Very clean, good location, great breakfast, good sauna & spa. Disliked: Beds (firm like concrete and very uncomfortable), the room was not as described when booking (Expedia's fault, not the hotel). Overall: the hotel caters to gay clients and does it well, however our intention was to have a relaxing 3 day break but the reality was 3 days of no sleep and sore backs due to the horrible beds. Most of the staff were very friendly but there were a couple with bad attitudes who are not helpful.
