Walk to the beach or the promenade of Torremolinos, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets a few meters away. The apartment has all the comforts, such as free WIFI, air conditioning, and a large equipped kitchen.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, you will also have a large wardrobe in the hallway and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room, you will find a two-seater sofa bed, a television, air conditioning, a fan, the dining room, and a large glass door with access to the sunny terrace overlooking the gardens.

The entire apartment has a private WIFI internet connection inside.

On the terrace, you will find comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the sun and the nature around you.

The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Also, guests will be able to use the washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the beach and a few meters from the seafront of Torremolinos and Playamar, so you will have many different restaurants and a multitude of shops, bars, beach bars and a supermarket nearby, as well as a taxi rank at few meters, so it is not necessary to use the car.

It is necessary to show a valid passport or official identification document to do the check-in.

In our accommodation a deposit or damage deposit is required which will be requested at the entrance in cash. The deposit will be returned at checkout, after checking the apartment, or by bank transfer within a maximum period of 6 days.

A supplement will be charged in case of:
- Check-in or Check-out later than 21:00 at an extra cost of 20 Euros.
- Check-in or Check-out later than 24:00 hours (00:00 hours midnight) at an extra cost of 30 Euros.
