Dear Pâtrik, As a hotel that scores very highly for cleanliness I am very disheartened and dissapointed to see your comments about your recent stay with us. I have checked our records, and I cannot find any record of you reporting these issues at the time of your stay. Jag är förvånad över att du tyckte att sängarna var för hårda, eftersom "sängkomfort" får mycket höga poäng hos våra gäster. Vilken typ av säng man föredrar eller finner bekväm är mycket personligt och subjektivt. Tack för att ni påpekar de goda Covid-19-åtgärder som hotellet var tvunget att vidta.
