Located just a 20-minute walk from the stunning beaches that this surf town is famous for, our property provides a serene escape with easy access to the sun, sand, and surf.

Property Overview

Our modern home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it the ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to soak in the tranquil beauty of Torquay. The property features a thoughtful layout and amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom (Upstairs): Boasts a luxurious queen bed, a spacious walk-in robe for all your storage needs, an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience, and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.
- Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Features 2 single beds, perfect for kids or singles.
- Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Comes with a cozy queen bed, ideal for couples or individuals looking for comfort.

- Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 fold-up memory foam single mattresses and 2 porta cots in the master bedroom's walk-in robe, accommodating extra guests or babies.

Please Note: We provide linen and towels for the main beds only. Guests utilizing the folding mattresses and porta cots will need to bring their own linen. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality and comfort of your stay.

Bathrooms:
- A full bathroom situated between the two downstairs bedrooms includes a bath tub, ideal for relaxing soaks.
- The ensuite off the master bedroom offers added convenience and privacy.
- A separate toilet is located off the living room for easy access.

Living Spaces:

No Parties or Events: Our property is located in a residential area, and out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, 'schollies' or unauthorized parties. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay and a potential claim against the security deposit.
Identification Required: All guests staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. We use this information to ensure the safety and security of our property and our community. Failure to provide adequate identification will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. All overnight guests must be accounted for in your reservation. Additional visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the hosts.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times to avoid disturbances to our neighbors.
Security: For security purposes, external security cameras are in operation at the entrances of the property. No cameras are installed inside private spaces such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
By booking this property, you agree to comply with these house rules. Violations can result in fines, loss of your security deposit, and/or immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No smoking in the apartment ($250 fee) No late check out or early check in without prior permission (up to $500 fee)

Please respect our neighbours at all times

Please be respectful of the property, keep it clean, and return it the same way you received it - i.e. take out the rubbish, wash up any used dishes etc. If there are excessive amounts of rubbish and/or dirty dishes left inside the apartment, extra cleaning fees may apply.

No parties or events at any time. If you're coming to Melbourne to party, you've picked a great city to do so - just not at our place. Though we're sure it won't come to it, complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law, not so much one of our rules.

Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000.
If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys. Upto $500

No noise, loud music, screaming, loud talking outside or inside anytime.

Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and the immediate cancellation of your booking.

Please note that we have strict rules as this is a residential building and our personal property. While some of them may seem obvious to you, they are not so obvious to others and we therefore must have a strict policy regarding them. Common decency and respect for others' property is essentially all we're asking.

We reserve the right to request a security deposit and / or a copy of photo ID.

A bright, light and very comfortable apartment. The beds were super comfy and cozy and the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. Secure on-site parking was a bonus. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures, which was really reassuring. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated that the house was advertised as child-friendly—it was great to have porta cots and a high chair provided. However, a baby gate at the top of the stairs would have been a helpful addition for extra safety. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d happily book again!

Well maintained clean holiday home . Had trouble with check in but overall pretty good . Not enough tea, coffee , sugar and toilet papers were available . Our kids enjoyed playing table tennis at guarage. Nice and comfortable .
