ALMA - sun filled stylish beach house

Settled at the end of a lovely quiet street, overlooking the ocean & rolling fields is our beautiful beach house ALMA. Modern & stylish, this coastal Torquay home will have you relaxing in no time. Unwind by the fire or soak up the sun on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook and with two living areas families can really spread out. Whether you’re on a family holiday, a couples getaway or travelling alone, we have a room for you.


We have 4 bedrooms . Upstairs is a king room with a private ensuite, also a queen room with a toilet wash room right next to it .

Downstairs is a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 king singles. Also a seperate bathroom including a luxurious bath and seperate toilet, a laundry and downstairs living that opens onto a garden deck.

All bedrooms all include bed linen and towels.

We love our upstairs kitchen and open plan living, but we acknowledge that this listing might not suit those who have mobility issues.

Downstairs has a great big lounge and TV room so if you need some time apart you are covered!

Only 2 minutes drive to Torquays excellent surf outlets and the town centre shopping area, and a 5 minutes drive to Torquays beautiful beaches.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
No parties, hens, bucks, schoolies or large young groups.
