We had a great time overall. Location is ideal! Note: limited towels, limited glassware, master plug for bath doesn’t work, the water also doesn’t work properly so you have half the pressure. Not as much seating as the couch has been changed to a traditional size. We chose this location as we were looking for a unit with a hot tub and the ad did not disclose that it’s closed during the winter, the front desk had to inform us. Would we stay again? Yes!

Un appartement très bien situé, mais malheureusement pas assez propre (moisi sur le rideau de douche, ventilateur de la salle de bain encrassé, importante couche de poussière sur les moulures, panneau de verre du balcon très sale, etc.).

Everything about the listing was accurate. Great location to see a concert at the Budweiser stage. Only negative… no Kerri coffee machine. They have a drip coffee machine with no coffee. That is the only reason I would not re-book. I need coffee and for the price of the condo you gotta have coffee! Get a Keurig coffee machine and I would come back every time.

Great Location in quiet area with wonderful coffee shop/bistro located just around the corner. Convenient for walking into centre of Toronto or waterfront . Close to street car stop.We were a party of four adults - two couples in their 60s with good mobility and health.Sofa was not as described in picture and had to bring in chairs off balcony to seat us all.Disappointed in second bedroom; bed very low and unable to walk round without clipping your ankles on extended bed frame. This bedroom has minimal privacy as sliding door is glass!Unable to use kitchen island chairs as two high to sit at counter.Overall “okay” but apartment could do with a thorough refresh as looking tired. Pictures on website did not match reality. Not presidential as per description in our opinion but potentially could be great.

We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. One of the many issues was the drainage—there was a serious problem with water not draining properly in the master bedroom bathtub, in addition the bathtub faucet was difficult to turn on and once on, it wouldn’t shut off. It came to a point where the clogged drain along with the water not shutting off, almost cause the water to overflow out of the tub. Before booking, I specifically asked the host if these issues had been resolved, but it seems like they weren’t. I even saw in previous reviews that another guest had experienced the same problems, so it appears this has been an ongoing issue. The tubs are higher than typical bathtubs so just be aware of that. It makes getting in and out difficult. In addition to the plumbing issues, I was also disappointed by the cleanliness. The place didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, and certain areas clearly needed attention. One big issue was mold in the washing machine, which is definitely concerning. It made us even wonder if they changed the sheets from the prior stay.To top it off, the bed was broken, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress was made of a sponge type material in both bedrooms which was uncomfortable. The foundation in the second bedroom was broken so when we sat on the mattress, it would cave in. I tried to re-align the frame supports as best as I could and make it through the night.

Pros: location central to many places, Uber always less than a minute away, location felt safe and was quiet, secure parking close to elevator, communication with host easy, Loblaws grocery very closeCons: unit not cleaned well, broken coffee pot in unit, furniture not as depicted, washer was lined with black mold, master tub not draining well and on/off handle stripped so had to turn around and around to get it to work, dirty behind fake flower pots in bathroom, master door incredibly hard to slide open and shut, blinds are not black out so all rooms have some degree of light at all times

Lage gut, ausgewiesen für 4-6 Personen- leider gibt es nur drei Stühle, ebenso nur einen Schlüssel,Kaffeefilter vom Vorgänger in der Maschine, ansonsten grundsätzlich sauber, wenn man von der fehlenden Silikonfuge im Bad absieht und einer Dusche mit Vorhang, was nicht wirklich mehr zeitgemäß ist. Für diesen Standard stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, würden es nicht mehr buchen.

The property is in a great location walking distance to many things. The furnishings are awkward. The bed in the master bedroom has a ledge on it that is two feet wide that you need to step over to get to that side of the bed and then step on the get onto the bed. I hit my shins three times. Another example are the stools at the kitchen island. They are way too high to sit on for that island. It is a good place for the price it just needs furnishings that fit the space.

Our stay was close to flawless with the exception of one major issue. The shower in the main bedroom was inoperable so the whole family had to use the bathroom in the other bedroom. Additionally, the shower in the spare bathroom would not drain properly until I unclogged the drain myself. It seems as if those little details should be checked on and maintained on a regular basis. We’re a pretty carefree family so we didn’t make a huge deal about it but it was an inconvenience. We did communicate these issues so hopefully the next people that stay there won’t have the same issues. Other than that, it was clean and in a great location. We were even allowed to check in an hour or so early. I would stay here again

Good place to stay

Overall we had a very easy process. We had a few issues we ran into but they were solved quick. The owner responds quick. The location is pretty great, it’s right in front of a street car and everything is at walking distance. If we ever had to go back to Toronto we’d book this place again.
