It was cozy, clean, and very nice! The kitchen had nice appliances and the heater and bed were pleasant. I was worried because of other reviews about being able to hear the people upstairs but that wasn't an issue at all. Host was friendly and communicative.

Clean, comfy, and convenient place

Great little place to stay for exploring Toronto. The only thing that wasn’t good is the stomping and noise from the occupants above. Very loud, little to no sound proofing separating the units.

Nice basement room in SFH

I appreciated this property for its proximity to Toronto. It was clean and as advertised.There were issues with check-in and the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Also, this is a basement room, with two other rooms being rented in the same single-family home. Thankfully, communications with the owner were swift, and they were quite courteous. All in all, I would recommend this as a cheaper solution to a hotel; next time, however, I think I will pay for the hotel room for its conveniences and proximity to Toronto, as getting to Toronto can be a hassle, depending on traffic and construction.

Efficient use of space

We were impressed with everything they fit into the space. To have a full kitchen, bathroom with shower was great. The space was quiet and secure even with others staying in The house. Would highly recommend!

Had a great time staying in Canada for the first time. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. Distance from BnB to city was short and easy to catch a Lyft. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a lowkey stay outside of the commotion of the city. Thank you for hosting! Hope to be back soon!

Perfect stay with easy routes to Toronto city centre

The apartment itself was really clean and comfortable, it had everything you needed from cookware to washing machine access. Transport links from the property into Toronto was super easy was you got the hang of things, and plenty of amenities nearby theapartment too.

Delightful

We stayed at this nice little Vrbo for two nights. It looks very new. Nicely furnished. We arrived just as the owner was there doing yard d work and he was very helpful with how to get around Toronto.
