La chambre était très propre bien ranger bien équipé.Le lit extrêmement confortable et douillet j’ai très bien dormis dommage que je devais quitter plutôt que prévu. J’ai beaucoup aimé L’ambiance chaleureuse et épuré , de plus la vue de la fenêtre était magnifique.Vraiment 20/10 je vais y retourner c’est sûr et certain

Hotel and staff and great, very clean and staff are helpful and accommodating. Just a warning that there is a strike going on and parking at the hotel/casino is close to impossible. The individuals on strike have every entrance blocked and you will wait 2/3 hours to enter the property, hotel staff directed us to park at the mall across the street and to walk the half mile with our luggage to the hotel which was a inconvenience especially since we where not notified of this until we got to the property to check in.

The 1.45 hour wait to get into the property to check in was completely unacceptable- they did offer us free breakfast but that hardly made up for not being able to change for a Celebration of Lufe service that we were late for that afternoon!! The 1.15 hour wait that evening to get back into the hotel was just the icing on the cake! The halls and the room smelled odd and did not make us want to stay in our room for long!

Worst experience ever at an Expedia hotel due being delayed hours by striking workers barring access to hotel. No prior warning of this ongoing labour disruption.

Airport shuttle was actually two shuttles- because of an ongoing strike everyone has to transfer to a second shuttle a short walk away- easy unless you have a lot of luggage…. Or bad weather…No porter to assist with the uphill walk to the second shuttle.

The staff has absolutely no idea what is going on or where anything is at any point. We tried to ask where the horse races were, and at the exact same time, two staff members pointed in opposite directions of the entire property. When I tried to check into the hotel, I was sent on an adventure up the escalator down the hall down the elevator to find the check-in desk only to realize later it was a short walk through the casino which I wasn’t told about. Everybody seemed so confused all the time. When we asked about parking, we were told to park in the parking lot near the horse races only to find out later that the parking included was underground parking literally right outside of our room. It took us 20 minutes to walk to our vehicle and 20 minutes to walk to our room.
