(no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
