こちらの宿泊をご検討されている日本人の方のために日本語で書きます。シャトルサービスを提供している他のホテルと違って、空港に到着後、一度電話しないといけません。電話番号はホテルよりメールにてご案内がありますが、その番号にかけると、自動音声案内があり、また別の番号へかけるように指示されます。二つ目の番号にかけると、おそらくフロントデスクにつながるのかと思いますが、電話口で、グランドフロアのR3へいってくださいと言われました。トロント空港第1ターミナルの到着ゲートは1階で、グランドフロアはその下の階になりますので、注意が必要です。私の場合は勘違いしてずっと1階でR3を探していて全然見つからなかったので、空港職員に聞きました。電話をかける際、公衆電話もありますが、2回違う番号にかけなければならないことを考えると、SIMをあらかじめ用意して、携帯でかけた方が便利かと思います。ここまで全て英語での指示ですので、言葉に不安がある方は電話が不要な他のホテルを探すか、予めメールなどをしておくと良いかもしれません。（逆に、英語力を試したいという方にはお勧めです）施設自体がかなり古いようで、トイレが流れないという定番の問題が発生しましたが、スタッフの方が30分ほど格闘していただ後に別の部屋へ移動させてくれました。朝ごはんの内容はパン、ソーセージ、卵（ゆで卵、スクランブルエッグ）、ヨーグルト等、シンプルでしたが、とてもサービスが行き届いており良かったです。

Airport shuttle took an hour for pickup after us calling twice. We ended up having to get an Uber just to get to the hotel and the two ladies at check in ( who wore no name tags) provided no relief to our inconvenience.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and there was a good breakfast in the morning. We had to stand waiting on sidewalk of airport for 50 minutes waiting for shuttle. After a 16 hour travel day we felt this was too long.

The hotel is okay for the price not exceptional. The staff is passive. The room is okay. Our coffee and tea were not refill for the second night. Our vehicle was broken into during the night. We didn't realize until we left the hotel.

Our one night stay in the hotel was very nice. The room was pretty standard but it was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Staff at the check in was really friendly and she provided all the informations we needed, very professional. Our overall stay in this property was a good experience.
