The village is a veritable open-air museum thanks to its 106 mosaics installed on the facades of the houses. Each work tells a story with the aim of blending contemporary art and local identity. Many of these works, in fact, are inspired by nature, bees, and honey—a typical local product. Here, you’ll also find Monte Pallano, a captivating area featuring majestic megalithic walls—some sections of which still stand nearly 5 meters tall—and the Archaeological and Nature Park. ——————————————————— Distances from major points of interest: • Le Morge Beach, 32 km away • Trabocchi Coast, 35 km away • Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, 35 km away • Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, 39 km away • Maiella National Park (Eastern Maiella), 40 km away • Roccaraso, 55 km away • Pescocostanzo, 58 km • Pescara, 70 km
