Strategic location: The light wood furniture of this house perfectly blends with the blue details of the walls and accessories of this small seafront dwelling. Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor of a small building with other apartments. The nearby state road allows you to be quickly and dynamically connected with other towns of the Costa dei Trabocchi.



Exterior and parking: From the kitchen, you can directly access the sea view balcony, perfect for your carefree and relaxing moments with the view projected towards the infinite horizon. Access to the property is allowed by an external staircase of about 10 steps located at the back of the building, and entering, another handful of steps precede the entrance door. The house has a parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small seafront building, without a lift, on the state road connecting other towns of the Costa dei Trabocchi. From the structure, you can reach the coasts of Torino di Sangro even on foot.

At check-in, it will be necessary to show the identity documents of all guests and a credit card as a guarantee.

The house is in a privileged position, right in front of the sea and a short distance from the suggestive Via Verde Path, a panoramic cycle path that runs along the coast offering breathtaking views and the opportunity to explore the beauty of the territory thanks to its proximity to State Road 16 that crosses all the towns of the Costa dei Trabocchi.



During summer, the area comes to life thanks to the presence of numerous services, including welcoming bars, local cuisine restaurants, and beach establishments perfect for spending days of relaxation and fun. Despite the lively atmosphere of the summer months, the neighbourhood maintains an incredible tranquillity, making it ideal for those who want to rest away from the chaos of big cities.



Thanks to the combination of sea, nature, and services, Borgata Marina di Torino di Sangro, nearby, represents the ideal starting point for an unforgettable stay on the Abruzzo coast.



Torino di Sangro is in a strategic position and easily accessible by car. From the A14 motorway, take the "Val di Sangro" exit and follow the signs for Torino di Sangro. After about 10 km, follow the signs for Borgata Marina to reach the coastal area. The road is well-signposted and scenic. To be closer to the Welcome Point where key handover takes place, we recommend taking the Lanciano exit, the exit before Val di Sangro, and the time to reach the apartment will be the same.



By train:

The nearest railway station is Fossacesia-Torino di Sangro, located about 5 km from Borgata Marina. From here, you can take a taxi or a local bus to reach the final destination. The station is served by regional trains connecting the main cities of the region and Italy.



By plane:

The nearest airport is Abruzzo Airport (Pescara), located about 50 km away. From the airport, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or use public transport to reach Torino di Sangro and Borgata Marina. The car journey takes about 40 minutes.
