Liked the proximity to shops and city centre. We were there for 3 nights. The room was tidied each day however there were no replacements to milk,tea,coffee. There was a toaster in the cupboard and when I got it out of the cupboard on the first morning, a pile of crumbs fell out of it onto the carpet but wasn't cleaned up during our 3 day stay. This is a really great motel. It was lovely and quiet and I actually slept really well which is unusual when away from home. The room was very clean and well maintained. There was a microwave, kettle, small fridge as well as crockery which if staying for a few days would be very handy, especially with so many shops at the end of the block. Staff were lovely and helpful. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

WE use the Ruthven Street Motor Inn for our stays in Toowoomba. Usually the pricing is reasonable and the rooms suit our needs. It is also conveniently located to get around Toowoomba should your visit require that.

The accommodation was basic, but very clean. The room I was allocated faced the road and was noisy despite having a double glass window. It was close to food outlets and other amenities.

The room was very comfortable spacious and nice the only issue we had in unit 6 was the air conditioner was a bit noisy other than that we were happy we booked an adjoining room for my sister and her partner also where there was an empty tissue packet in the bathroom but overall the rooms were good and it was a great location close to everything

First stay impressions last. Room was right at the front of the property where parking was narrow, poor or no where near where you could unload your luggage and the traffic from the main road and cars in and out of the driveway were noisy especially the drain cover in the driveway being loose when driven over. Access to room was blocked or impeded by a narrow walkway and the alternative was a large step up onto the concrete narrow path at the front of the room. The room was at least clean as far as I could tell but the furniture was in need of replacement and the bed was as hard as concrete. As is typical of most of the places that use the fixed soap containers on the walls, most were empty. Overall, old and dated and there is far better accommodation for the same value close by and in the rest of Toowoomba. Can do better with some upgrades and more thought.
