Once we negotiated the unexpected entrance (front door opens onto steps - just pull it all the way across, and in you go), first impressions were excellent. It's a creative space, filled with interesting bits and bobs, and nooks that welcome you to lie down and read, or just gaze at the trees. We loved playing the records, and enjoyed the challenge of lighting our own fires.
There are lovely walks to be had right behind the property. Views are wonderful, especially from the central living area, with its massive glass doors that open to create a gorgeous, open space. The quiet and the lack of light pollution make for a good sleep, and excellent stargazing.
Neighbouring properties do overlook, and there aren't curtains or blinds on certain crucial windows, so you need to muster your inner bohemian before showering. Perhaps you could hang a sarong if you are shy!?
Paul answered all our questions and looked after us well in the lead-up to our holiday. I love what you are doing with the property, Paul; thank you for sharing it.
