"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were experiencing the change of seasons so likely less stunning than what summer and wjnter wpuld offer, alas still fresh and inviting. Meal choices were savoury anx seemed to be appealing to those around me. For me with Crohns, a little restrictive. I imagine in season would be broader selection, so understandable. "

"Charming, cozy hotel with character. The Kong Carl is conveniently located near the Sandefjord town center, an easy walk from the train station. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The room was as described, complete with mini-fridge and hot water kettle, and both the interior and exterior of the hotel have old-world charm and character. The hotel restaurant is convenient and delicious, with a well-stocked breakfast buffet and superb dinner menu. Walking distance to tasty coffee...
