Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. "The staff was really helpful and they thought of all the little details: great shampoo and lotion, extra conditioner, toilet paper ready to grab by the elevators if you ran out (no need to contact housekeeping), and the breakfast buffet was amazing. This is the only hotel where I've seen sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet!"
