Habia una fuga de agua. El cuarto estaba aseado pero hule mal. La liz del baño se acciona al abrir la.puerta y tarda muchisimo en apagarse. Hay mucho ruido. La cama rechina. No me gusto.

Excelente estancia mi esposa y yo lo disfrutamos mucho que cuando vayamos a Toluca no dudaremos donde quedarnos es mucho mejor en vivo que en fotos la gente es muy amable y el lugar ricooo nos regreso a nuestra época de novios :)

Muy mal, me dieron una habitación que tenía un aparato en e exterior que hizo ruido todo el tiempo y los cajones de estacionamiento son muy pequeños e incómodos. No fué una buena experiencia pero no fue culpa del personal. Por lo demás, bien.

Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra llegó y dicen que tengo que esperar 45 minutos, la verdad llegas cansado y por eso hacer la reservación con tiempo, me mandaron a una habitación que no me gustó para nada , tienen que tener la habitación que reservas y si no la tienen disponible entonces no la ofrezcan si me enojo mucho

La experiencia en general fue muy grata. Lo que no nos agradó fue que nos entregaron la habitación una hora después del check in y que la pantalla se encendió sola a las 3 de la mañana.
