Well located, close to the famous Spa and water park but the big swimming pool had no water, the building and furniture are decrepit, plus there' so much noise on the street at night it's impossible to go to sleep early.

Me gustó tanto la estancia que nos quedamos un día más, está a 10 min caminando del centro, mi bebé la paso bien en la piscina, el personal muy atento y amable, es muy amplio el hotel y tiene jardín . Volveremos para año nuevo

El desayuno está bien. El personal es amable. Las instalaciones del hotel muy viejas, puertas viejas, decoración fea. La habitación no tiene ventilador. En general no vale la pena el costo. No me agradó el tema que hasta las 8:00 pm para hacer check in, yo llamé para avisar que llegaría tarde,mi vuelo se retrasó un poco. Y olvidaron dejar la llave con el vigílante.

Lamentablemente llegamos en la noche y una persona que estaba en la puerta no nos dejó entrar y nos dijo que si la reserva venía de booking o expidia no existía, que el personal no nos iba a recibir por qué ya no había gente y que no la tenía reportada.. en pocas palabras tuvimos que buscar más opciones a las 10 de la noche inclusive cuando teníamos correo de confirmación… por lo tanto no lo recomiendo…

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en el Hotel Belisana ya que hicimos un viaje de chicas y nos sentimos muy seguras en muchos sentidos. La habitación así como la limpieza de las áreas comunes en general muy bien. El servicio del restaurante como sus alimentos son frescos y bien servidos. El área común de la alberca limpia, solo recomendaría que todos los camastros y sillas tengan los cojines y la alberca mantenerla con más cuidado en la higiene. El personal del hotel es muy amable, respetuosa y con excelente atención al cliente. La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica. Muy recomendable para viajes en familia, en solitario y en pareja. El acceso al estacionamiento es seguro y techado. Por supuesto que sí volveríamos a hospedarnos en el Hotel Belisana.

El precio es caro para lo que ofrecen, realmente pagar esa cantidad para una habitación que te da sabanas rotas y viejas, el hotel no es rustico es viejo, el internet fallaba mucho, en cuanto a las amenidades, solo se uso la alberca y puedo decir que es lo mejor del hotel.

Fueron muchos problemas. Primero, el soporte del espejo del baño de la habitación que nos dieron se rompió solo con haberlo tocado. Además, no había agua caliente en la regadera. Segundo y lo más grave fue la actitud de la persona del spa. Este fin de semana fue el carnaval de Ixtapan, y había varias sillas fuera del hotel para poder ver el carnaval. Mi esposa pidió sentarse en una silla y la trabajadora del spa, con una actitud grosera y prepotente le dijo que estaba apartada, y cuando mi esposa le pidió si le podía llevar una silla a ella, le dijo “no soy tu sirvienta”. Tercero, en la madrugada había gente fuera del hotel haciendo mucho escándalo, bajé a recepción para pedir que les dijeran que bajaran el volumen y no había nadie. Esa noche no pudimos dormir. Fue una experiencia terrible y que deja mucho que desear. Espero que pueda contactar al dueño o gerente del hotel para tratar la actitud de sus empleados directamente con quien corresponda.

Ofrecen internet y sólo dieron acceso un rato el primer día después de mucha insistencia. El segundo día no dieron acceso ni por un momento por mucho que insistí . La habitación muy limpia, el restaurante con horarios muy limitados
