El restaurante está bonito desayuno bien , solamente un poco frios los waffles . La habitación bien pero faltaban espejos fuera del baño. Los pasillos de las habitaciones son muy bajos y da la impresión que los cuartos no estarán lindos.

Nos gusto mucho! Está muy tranquilo y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. El hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Personalmente tal vez lo incómodo fue la cama, porque está suave, las recomendaría un poco más firmes. Pero independientemente a ello, todo muy muy bien! Los recomiendo mucho.

Tiene buena decoración tanto en el lobby como en las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas. El hotel tiene todos los servicios que normalmente solicito o uso. De restaurante solo probé el desayuno y fue muy bueno, lo recomiendo. Los encargados de la cocina tienen buena mano.

El colchón muy suave, incómodo. El buffet de desayuno, regular y caro. Nos tocó un día con lluvia, y hay acceso del estacionamiento directamente pero “solo para empleados”, así que, nos tuvimos que mojar y entrar por la puerta principal.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo ahi. La primera no pude porque sobre vendieron y me dejaron en la calle. La comida del restaurante no es mala y por eso elegí quedarme ahi. Soy piloto y si pernoctas en Toluca es una buena opción cerca del Aeropuerto. Sin embargo no salió agua en la mañana. Trate de hablar a la recepción pero el teléfono de la habitación no servia. Tuve que hablar por celular y por fortuna alguien me contesto. Mandaron alguien pero no sirvió de nada. Me tuve que bañar con un chorrito de agua ridículo. Me dijeron que “fallo la bomba”. No entiendo como no tienen una bomba de respaldo en un Hotel de esta supuesta categoría. Ni hablar.
