We showed up and they double booked the property. They denied access to the property acted like it was our fault for booking the place.

En general estuvo bien, solo que cuando llegamos no había luz y el jacuzzi fuera de la alberca que era el que me tocaba, no servía, el de las otras villas si funcionaba bien, también el fregadero en la cocina está tapado y lavamos los trastes pero el agua se quedó ahí estancada.
