「This house is in an awesome location, although it is tricky to find and contrary to the photo the only beach access is a short walk ir drive.But the main thing is that the kitchen is poorly stocked. Cutting knives wouldn’t cut butter. And when you are cooking and serving nice food you need utensils that work. Staples such as sugar ( not small restaurant packets) of various types and even garlic salt or powder were nonexistent. Lazy Susan’s in top cupboard were so rusted and dirty that using...

「Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

「House was lovely. Perfect location from Main Street at Nye Beach and Ocean. Both a short block away. Open concept, so the family was connected, large enough for areas to break off and do your own thing. Plenty of supplies, no shortages. And plenty of bathrooms!! Really great house. Also really appreciated the communication from the property managers. The best and most prompt I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to the owners for opening their lovely home and to the property managers who helped us...

「We were on our annual vacation with sis and brother in law and had the best time in this house! We enjoyed the hot tub with a view, a night fire outside listening to the waves, and then enjoyed local crab and prawns. The fully stocked kitchen made preparing and clean up so easy. Thank you for all of the supplies to make this so nice. From lawn chairs to spices this house has it all.」

「Fantastic property! We had four adults and a small dog. The property was perfect for us and met all our needs. Absolutely no road noise. Beautiful view! We cooked, put a puzzle together, used the hot tub and enjoyed the time together. We had an emergency with our car over a holiday weekend. The owner is local and was extremely helpful with a referral to a mobile mechanic. I wish I could take that mechanic home with me! Overall, a very positive experience. We will be back!」

「This was a perfect place for a family get-together on the beach. Most people enjoyed walks, runs, and surf. A couple of die-hards found the wifi sufficient for work. Newport has all the amenities nearby, not to mention the Yaquina Head lighthouse. The state park with its trails and playground was nice to be near. Lovely place!」
