Great location

Hotel was spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice was rated a 2star but the restaurant and staff in the evening was definitely a 5 star.

Family travelling with dogs.

Myself and my son stayed overnight as we were travelling south to Andalucía. We had our dogs with us and the staff couldn’t have been better. We were given a room away from other guests and it was so quiet and perfect for us travelling with dogs. I will definitely stay again. A beautiful place.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. My husband had been unwell and was discharged from hospital. It was the perfect place to stay as everyone were so accommodating at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful one. We won’t forget your kindness.

There isn’t anything to do or see around the hotel as it is located ~10mins drive to downtown. But there are quite a few free big parking lots around old town, just have to get there early or it gets full fast during the weekend.

Shame this hotel is not improving

We arrived and there was no hot water, we were told we should have tried earlier, it had so been used up! The food in the restaurant was very poor and overpriced. I sent my fish back, it was almost raw and definitely past its best. We've stayed here regularly each year over the past few years, but we will not be returning.

It is inexpensive and has great views of the old town of Toledo. But there could be so much more that can be done to improve the experience. The rooms have no kettles. There are no mats near the bed and the floors are cold tiles. Small things could improve this property a lot; and the cost could certainly be made up by increasing the rates

Fin beliggenhet med utsikt. Slitent hotell som absolutt ikke er femstjerners. Savnet kaffemaskin/ vannkoker. Sengetøyet var laken og flees. Frokosten var langt ifra det man kan forvente på et femstjerners hotell. Spiste middag i restauranten, som var bra.
