築地の一等地にあるコンドミニアム的、小ホテル
築地場外市場の近く、本願寺の裏という好立地で、このスペースでこの価格であるのは、素晴らしい。洗濯機などもあり長期滞在の家族には良い施設。一点だけ、不満だったのは、緊急用の携帯電話が朝８時から10時までの2時間全く通じなかったこと。鍵のパスワード用紙を部屋に置き忘れて朝食を食べに出て、2時間ロビーで過ごす結果に。ここだけは改善してほしい。

Pontos positivos: Hotel novinho! Fácil acesso para metro. Quarto bem confortável. Pontos negativos: Funcionários pouco receptivos. Café da manhã bem fraco.

Boa opção em Ginza
Hotel tipo apartamento com mini cozinha e máquina de lavar. Além disso o quarto é espaçoso e tem um ótimo chuveiro. Não tem café da manhã mas os funcionários disponibilizam no térreo café a vontade. São muito atenciosos!

My stay was excellent. I normally stay in more "formal" hotels with bigger staff but this property was more like an AirB place but with someone at the front desk if you needed them. The room was big and the design made it feel very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice too. The bathtub was huge and great for soaking in after a long day of exploring. There is a Lawson's store a 30 second walk away. Its like the convenience store but with a little more stuff available. I got a 4 pack of BathTabs (different scents) for less than a US$1. The location is excellent too. While it is not Ginza it is just a quick 2 minute walk away from the heart of Ginza. There are a lot of small restaurants and stand-up drinking spots in the neighborhood if you explore a little. The Tsukiji outer markets are thriving and just a quick minute away. Overall I was very happy with my stay! After staying at many different hotels in Tokyo, I will definitely check availability here first next trip as well.

This was a large quiet room, with more amenities than an ordinary hotel. It was close to the subway and outer fish market.
