Staff were so friendly and helpful, there's a great restaurant and bar for which we were given a voucher for one free drink and theres a common area with a billiards table and smoking area on the 7th floor. The room was a bit small, with little room for our luggage. There was no TV and the bathroom was shared, though it was very clean. The location was great and very close to where we needed to be. Seemed like a good place to possibly meet other travellers, though my partner and I weren't there long enough to do so. Though it was a bit pricey, this was likely due to the influx of tourism in Japan and we were happy to pay for the convenience. I'd recommend Hotel Graphy if you just need a place to retire to for the night, though it might be a bit cramped if you plan on spending time in the room, especially with other people.

Pros: Clean and safe accommodations. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. Cons: Limited storage space in rooms. Ideally, the walk to the subway would be shorter.

This is a new property in the heart of Shibuya. Very well located, about a 11-15 min walk from the main Shibuya station. It is a hostel, even though it’s called Graphy Hotel, my stay was pleasant, the staff was great, multilingual and they make great coffee, they also had free beer for an hour every couple of days. Pretty cool spot on the rooftop with a pool table, and a balcony as well. Free coffee and tea upstairs as well.

Location, quiet, clean, modern. I just found a bit lack of communication between bar and reception. When I went to checked out they asked to me to pay my breakfast and I had already put it. Also be very careful when you book for a dormitory or double room.
