バスタブが洗われていなく、お湯を溜めたら内側が他人のアカでザラザラしていたので、一度流して洗い直してお湯を溜めた。 部屋にテーブルがなく、おそらくミニソファの上で飲み物を飲んで溢したであろうシミなども気になった。 スーツケースを持って階段を上がり降りするのも大変だった。エレベーターのみだと思っていたのに、あれはちゃんと表記するべきだと思う。 近くに食事する場所やコンビニも多く、立地的には良かった。

My partner and I visited Japan during cherry blossom season, a lot of the hotels were very expensive. Alfit fit the bill, roomy enough for one guest but tight for two (we booked the small/standard room). We were hardly in our room so this place worked for us, but it was a squeeze!! Pros: very clean room, great toilet, supplied comfy pajamas, affordable, awesome location (near lots of restaurants and cafes), close to transportation Cons: nowhere to store our luggage and no drawers for clothes (1 large luggage and 1 small roll on took up a lot of floor space), funky smell that would come and go, the hot water in the shower would go from warm to scorching hot without touching the knobs. My partner got pretty red/burnt after one incident. Our room butted up to an alley (no view, just a frosted window) Staff: polite, quick when requesting an iron and ironing board, helpful when we wanted to see other available rooms I would stay here again, but maybe get a slightly larger room with a window that faced the street

Saved me. Great place.
Had to stay in Tokyo a couple of extra days due to a passport problem. Found this hotel at the last moment. Staff very friendly, spoke English, room small (typical in Tokyo) but well laid out and comfortable. Brand new hotel - nice decor. Will have a nice bar opening soon.

Great, modern looking hotel with friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Standard rooms are quite small though, but good enough for 2 people.

Tiny and dark
One step above a capsule hotel. Tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds (feels like laying on a boxspring), and limited natural light. Good luck fully opening your suitcase if it’s anything larger than a small carry-on.
