The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is configured with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, offering a thoughtfully arranged layout that makes excellent use of the available space.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and sleeping room, which is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 folding bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This room also features a dining nook and provides direct access to the terrace. The dedicated bedroom contains 1 double bed configured as 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, though the maximum capacity of 4 must never be exceeded. The bathroom is a combined bath and WC facility. A small kitchen completes the interior layout, fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
