Detached villa with games room in vast grounds with pool - all exclusively yours!

Just a 4 km stroll across the olive groves to Todi central ! Please see the villa coordinates in Check In Instructions.

Large pool is situated in a panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.

The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with Pvc and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.

Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.

There is a beautiful garden around the house

There is also a playground for children.

3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms : 2 with tubs and 1 with shower

Note : Refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is our insurance against vandalism - wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door. We do not charge for normal breakages - crockery and glassware. To date we have never charged anyone !
