"Overall I had a nice and relaxing experience. The dinner and lunch were okay, loved the pasta station, but the breakfast needs work.. The tall slim balding guy who was there giving out and collecting the towels was rude to me but nice to others! But other than that it was beautiful. The one entertainer lady with the red hair was very welcoming and the dj played good music!"

The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. The daily breakfast was delicious, and one of my favorite touches was how personal the service felt. The staff remembered our breakfast orders and even knew my husband and me by name. Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. My husband and I left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. The beautiful property, exceptional service, delicious food, and incredible staff made our stay truly special. ❤️✨🇲🇦"

"We had an amazing stay here, great value for money, the best service I've ever received hands down. Would recommend a trip to Morocco and this hotel to anyone. About 30 mins from the Medina but the shuttle service is reliable and free just need to book it in advance. The main restaurant has lots of choice and good food, great service you'll not think much about eating out. The two other restaurants were also very nice, I'd try all of them if you stay for a week. Pool area is great, lots of activities run by the staff who are good fun and keep everyone entertained during the day and at night around the pool bar. All inclusive drinks were very good, a few beer and wine options and about 15 cocktails to choose from. We took full advantage of this. The hot oil massage at the spa is worth a go."

"Lovely Riad with extra friendly staff both at reception and breakfast, ideal if you have a car as there’s free secure parking onsite and is only a 20minute drive into the hustle and bustle of Marakech but nice to drive back out and stay at the tranquility of the hotel and grounds. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, served in the hotel grounds near the pool with peacocks roaming around, so peaceful. We paid for a superior room which was huge, had a balcony with bistro table and two chairs and a large bathroom with shower over the bath."
