Authentic experience.
We had a wonderful stay at Vila Serventi,located in an old fishing village,it was even better than the description.
Spotlessly clean,the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself and it is air conditioned. WiFi is good.There is a lot of outside seating for coffee or book reading and there is a nice swim area approximately 10 steps from the villa. Our apartment had a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea,great for catching a breeze and having a cocktail.
We rented a car but the taxis were reasonably priced and nothing is very far away,so we would not have a car again.
(also drivers there are a little crazy!,)
The hosts are very responsive to any questions and even took us in their own vehicle when the taxi was delayed.
If you want to be surrounded by shops and restaurants,this is not the place. If you want a more authentic experience,this is the place!
There is a small grocery store and a nice restaurant a few minutes walk away. The ferry runs regularly and it is free for ‘walk on’ and 5€ for a car.

We would definitely stay there again.
