「What can be said about the Beach Place Guesthouses? Cozy! After the big corporate dwellings in Orlando, this was definitely a quiet, relaxing place to wind our vacation down. Private beach access and the ability to make our own meals in the kitchen were priceless. We grilled steaks(and veggie burger patties) right on the beach! Staff was kind and gave you a full explanation of all you had available to you. This is home away from home, truly. Ran by people who have an artistic quality...

Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. 」

「This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. 」
