Villa Pepa Butori is located in the heart of Istria in a small village near Tinjan. Surrounded by nature, it offers an idyllic retreat from everyday life. Up to 4 guests can spend a fantastic holiday here. The 24m2 pool will provide welcome refreshment on hot summer days and the garden with a swing is ideal for the children to let off steam while you prepare delicious meals on the charcoal barbecue. Gather everyone around the large table on the covered terrace and enjoy local specialities or plan excursions to discover the diversity of this region.

The cosy living area of this beautiful ground floor villa combines a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a shared bathroom, guests have two bedrooms at their disposal, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, promising restful nights.

The Adriatic coast with its beaches and holiday resorts of Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad is about 20 minutes away. Pula and the Brijuni Islands National Park are 45 minutes away. Pazin is only a few kilometres away from the villa. It is a small, historically rich town in the heart of the enchanting Istrian hinterland that has a lot to offer. For centuries, Pazin was the strongest Habsburg fortress in this area and the headquarters of the former prince. You can still visit this medieval castle (Kastel) today, as it is well preserved. Today it houses the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Museum of the Town of Pazin. If you are a nature lover, this is also the right place for you. Enjoy hiking, the zipline or take a gastro bike tour to try Istrian specialities.

Wir hatten das Haus dieses Jahr für eine ganze Woche gebucht und haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Haus sowie Pool und Garten genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, was für uns aber sehr vorteilhaft war. Hausbesitzer Milan und Kristina waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei Fragen immer weiter geholfen. Haben uns mit Gebäck und Getränken empfangen, sowie einen Abschiedsgeschenk. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus weiter!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Pepa Butori. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Gastgeber leben Gastfreundschaft. Begrüßt wurden wir mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Getränken. Zwischendurch gab es Wein und zum Abschied ein weiteres Geschenk. Kristina und Milan waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps geben können. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig aber Porec ist nahe und die Autobahn auch sodass alles schnell erreichbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es sich ergibt.

Wir reisten als Familie (4 Erwachsenen). Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne erholsame Wochen in Villa Pepa inmitten von Laubwäldern bei Vogelgezwitscher und idyllischer Ruhe. Noch nie hatten wir uns in einem Ferienhaus so wohl und so schnell angekommen und entspannt gefühlt! Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung der Küche mit allem Drum und Dran, der Außenbereich mit Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Und natürlich die sehr liebenswürdigen, zuvorkommenden Vermieter Milan und Kristina, die die Gastfreundlickeit wirklich leben :))! Es gab einen freundlichen Empfang mit hausgemachten Leckereien und bei Fragen waren sie sofort zur Stelle und haben reagiert. Es wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt und gewechselt- was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die ein kleines Paradies mitten in Istrien suchen!! Danke Milan und Kristina!
