Find somewhere else

Room we were given was not what was pictured. Staff refused to move us to another room unless we paid full price for new room. The manager was not on site but employee was calling to see what he could do, she refused to speak to us and said that she would only refund half of what we paid. We left the hotel, did not stay. Hotels.com assisted in making a remedy for the situation with a certificate. Do not stay here, it is false advertising, the rooms are gross and smell like mold.

Water pressure in the shower not the best. Acess to the Beach outside the room was a plus. Fire pit as well. Small Casino on one side of the hotel entrance an Italian and steak house on the other.

My bf and I have stayed here before and the room was nice , perfect for a two day stay but I definitely Can’t say that this time. The room was FREEZING! The floor was concrete , we asked for a heater and said that they were all being used. It rained that day when we returned back to the room it was filled with water that leaked through. Horrible experience.

Honest review of the place.

The room itself is decorated nicely but it does have a lot of issues from rusty faucets, clogged shower head, non-working water pressure, Tv not working, Wifi unresponsive, and worst of all the electricity kept going out--constantly not just once or twice (their outlets would read 84 to 104 volts any any given time). Liz (lady in charge) is a nice person to talk to but doesn't really help with issues that came up in the room. When I told her about the bed bugs that had eaten up my fiance and cockroaches running around she didn't seem to interested to help. The electricity issues was brought up the whole time there but was just pushed off. We had food go bad first night there since the lights went out while we were away (Friends were staying at Real Del Mar so we'd go there for a clean pool and working Electricity). The bed linen and towels they provided were very dirty. Yellow spots and dead bugs on them. Cleaning ladies showed up once during the 4 days we were there. The parking situation is nice though as you get a spot for just yourself and access to the beach is pretty quick with quads or walking. In all honesty if you don't plan to sleep or shower in your room the place is great for safety and having a fire close but safely away from the beach.

I was supposed to get a room with a kitchen but didn’t get one! Room was horrible!!!! Mold and water spots all over and I had to call the front desk because the room had no running water most of the time we were there!!! Only positive thing is the location!
