We’ve been coming to this resort for years. Always loved the place, walkable to the beach, few swimming pools, tennis court and restaurants. The only thing they need to upgrade is the bed, the mattress is way too hard like a rock ha ha ha. We have to bring our mattress top.

We’ve been coming to this resort for long time, we love it near the beach and safe. Our last visit, we have no hot water and found out the water heater was busted, they right away come and change it in no time. Excellent service. The only downside is the bed is as hard as a rock ha ha ha other than that everything else is clean. For sure we’ll be back again.

The room was VERY LOUD all night long. Location on the street. Decided to advise the front desk. Person not able to communicate with me...smiled and laughed when I was making comments about the loud room and no sleep. Property is beautiful and clean but could not sleep to enjoy it!

No one should ever approach a stranger napping non emergency on a vacation over a chaise lounge !!!! Put 2 reserve placards for the guests as they benefit you. Stop being so selfish.

The property is Okay. But they need better communication with Expedia since they use them to book. Expedia has the worse customer service and this property cleans there hands and tells you that you need to call them. My reservation was all messed up I had to pay extra for another room. It was horrible weekend. Thanks to Expedia n la Paloma.

Propert was excellent , there was a problem w my reservation ? Expedia never comunícate very well w/ paloma property , Expedia never had a phone were Icould comunícate w you guys about my reservation the property office closed at five 5:00 pm so I have to wait & & waitvultil security card which was very helpful finnally cominite with world wide international about my stay & therir mang took care about my star that was around 11:00 pm we were tiers and text to go to bed this was a bad experience w/Expedia that never happens to me before i like to thank the personnel of la Paloma property they were very very helpfully w my stay

En la playa cuando sales a caminar , muchos indigentes. Principalmente en el área cuando vas asía el puente se esconden entre los matorrales y acampan en una cueva .
