Nestled in an olive grove with spectacular views of Lake Garda, Ca' Scaì is one thing above all: a place of tranquillity. On the picturesque south-facing slope, you can enjoy the sun from morning to night, unwind, immerse yourself in nature and leave everyday life behind you. Far behind you. It starts as soon as you arrive. As Ca' Scaì Agrifugium can only be reached via a narrow driveway (or a pleasant 20-minute walk), the hosts collect their guests from the municipal car park in Tignale/Oldesio and bring them to the flat. With private garden and saltwater pool. The ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, as you won't see two handfuls of people on the three-hectare, spacious accommodation, which is dominated by olive groves and woods, even when fully occupied. Ca' Scaì Agrifugium is a quiet, secluded, exclusive box seat with a view of Lake Garda. The holiday flat is ideal for 2 adults and offers plenty of space and every comfort.

The cosy and stylish 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, an intermediate room with a 1.20 m wide built-in bed that can be used as a cosy reading corner and 1 bathroom with a shower.

On-site amenities include WiFi, a satellite TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. This holiday flat offers a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a communal pool.

The property is located in the middle of a unique olive grove. The saltwater pool is only shared with the other flat, which is also managed by the hosts. Towels for the pool are provided. Guests should note that the accommodation is not accessible by car.

The pick-up service from the public car park (free of charge) in the municipality of Tignale/Oldesio is organised by the hosts. Alternatively, the accommodation can also be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes.

A shopping service on the day of arrival and a daily bread delivery service to the front door can be organised by the hosts, payable on receipt of invoice. Because nature forms the basis of the Ca' Scaì Agrifugium, the flats do not have air conditioning. Instead, traditional Mediterranean know-how was used to create an ideal indoor climate during construction: from building into the earth to ingenious shading and natural air conditioning, which is used at night. Simply open the windows and enjoy the mild breeze.

Guests receive the ‘Tignale Card’ on arrival, which entitles them to numerous benefits such as a free shuttle bus within Tignale, free guided hikes, free entry to the public swimming pool in Tignale/Prabione and numerous discounts on other attractions and activities.

Ca' Scaì Agrifugium only accommodates adults, so a minimum age of 18 years applies for the stay. Pets are not permitted.
