Villa Berniente—a luxurious modern abode located in the serene Los Mojones area of Lanzarote, offering magnificent sea and mountain vistas from its expansive first-floor terrace. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this villa serves as an idyllic sanctuary for both families and couples looking to indulge in a leisurely holiday experience.



Location

The villa is conveniently situated just a 10-minute leisurely walk from Puerto del Carmen's charming old town and its picturesque harbour. For those interested in beach activities or exploring the Avenida, it is merely a 15-minute stroll away.



1. **Master Suite (Ground Level)**: A spacious, air-conditioned double bedroom featuring fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, and chair. French doors seamlessly connect this room to the pool and patio area.

2. **Deluxe Double (Upper Level)**: Offering a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. French doors open to a spacious shared terrace with Bedroom 3.

3. **Twin Room (Upper Level)**: Features twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. French doors lead to a large shared terrace with Bedroom 2.



1. **En-suite to Master Suite**: Includes a walk-in shower, twin washbasins, and a WC.

2. **Family Bathroom (Ground Level)**: A modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.

3. **En-suite to Deluxe Double**: Features a walk-in shower, twin washbasins, and WC.

The villa boasts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling patio doors and windows. With air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV with UK channels, and an expansive L-shaped sofa, the living area is tailored for relaxation. The dining area comfortably seats six.



The modern kitchen is fully fitted and features ample workspace and storage. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. A breakfast bar with leather stools adds an extra dining option.



Enclosed by traditional lava rock walls, the exterior space offers a swimming pool complemented by an extensive terrace—ideal for sunbathing or enjoying an al fresco meal on the comfortable patio furniture. A Weber BBQ is also available.



Most of the primary accommodation is easily accessible on the ground floor.

esperienza positiva

villa corrispondente alla descrizione, magari dimenticando le "great sea views" dato che il mare si intravede da lontano. Gli interni e la piscina riscaldata molto confortevoli e puliti. Esperienza da ripetere.
