Set in the rural landscape just outside central Tías, Casa Amanecer 2 offers stunning sea views and a prime location for exploring Lanzarote. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a living/dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, access to a laundry area, cable TV with international channels, a crib, and a highchair. Enjoy your private patio with a dining area—perfect for meals while taking in the mountain scenery. You can take a refreshing dip in the shared pool surrounded by tropical plants and enjoy views of the sea, Fuerteventura, and Lobos Island. An outdoor shower is also available.
A supermarket and several restaurants are just 1.5 km or a 2-minute drive away. The center of Tías, with a wide range of shops and restaurants, is only 4 minutes by car (4 km). If you wish to enjoy the nearby coast, Playa de los Pocillos and Puerto del Carmen beaches are a 7-minute drive (7 km).
