Beautiful Village Location

It’s a very nice, homey place to stay. The internet speeds could be improved, but the rest of the amenities were excellent. I would stay there again. Thank you

Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal zum Entspannen. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Außenbereich (Terrasse) noch nicht vorbereitet. Ansonsten gab es keinerlei Mängel.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Pros: Der Ort liegt oberhalb der Donau und somit in super Lage. Cons: Das Haus ist hellhörig, d.h. knarrende Dielen vorallem im OG und Treppe. Das Bad mit WC / Dusche im EG liegt innerhalb des Zimmers im EG und ist somit für andere Gäste ( z.B. bei Gruppen Reisen ) nicht nutzbar ( oder nur in Absprache so wie wir es gemacht haben )

Die Lage wiegt die kleinen Problemchen auf

Pros: Unglaublich viel Platz. Matratzen sind prima. Gute Atmosphäre. Tolle, tolle, tolle Lage. Cons: Das Haus macht innen einen sehr nüchternen Eindruck. Es fehlt jegliche Gemütlichkeit. Sogar Bilderrahmen ohne Bilder darin (Flur über dem Schränkchen). Praktisch kein einziger Schrank im ganzen Haus. Minimalste Deko. Außer einer Couchgarnitur, einem runden Tisch/Sitzplatz und einem Fernsehschränkchen ist NICHTS in diesem Riesen Wohn-/Esszimmer. Dementsprechend ist auch die Akustik grenzwertig - wenn es einen stört. Der Esstisch reicht gerade so für sechs Personen. Wenn die vier Doppelzimmer belegt sind ......? Die Küchenausstattung reicht auch eben gerade so für sechs Leute. Das alles würde mich aber nicht daran hindern noch einmal zu kommen, wegen der Lage, Lage, Lage ....

Gemütliches, sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Pros: Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortstand eines Dorfes in der Nähe von Passau. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sodass wir mit der ganzen Familie und Hund viel Platz hatten. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche für 7 Personen ausgestattet. Von dem Ferienhaus nach Passau in die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen Bäcker, der frische Brötchen und Backwaren anbietet. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden gerne wiederkommen. Cons: Das WLan hat nicht funktioniert bzw. das Datenvolumen der Gigabox war schnell gedrosselt. Mit einer großen Familie inklusive Kleinkind und Hund entsteht schnell Dreck, den wir gerne weggemacht hätten. Es stand ein kleiner Besen zur Verfügung, allerdings wäre ein Staubsauger effektiver.
