"The location of the property is tremendous- walking distance to the beach and the Main St where there is shopping, food, entertainment and ice cream. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds and floors. There was disrepair of the outdoor shower - broken door, and frequent flooding of the floor. The host was open to hearing the complaints and making the appropriate adjustments."

"Place is nice, clean and great location. Host was easy to work with. Had lots of difficulty with TV. Was not a smart TV so could not use any streaming. Only cable and no good channels. It was also a little too warm. The AC seemed to auto off often and we had trouble sleeping cause it kept getting too warm overnight. We had to keep getting up to turn it back down. A smart TV and better AC settings and would be perfect."

"What a great spot - rooms / space have been modernized, the pool is perfect for kids, the location is tough to beat between the walk to the beach and the variety of restaurants, shops, etc., and the staff was especially accommodating, letting us leverage the pool and beach amenities before we checked in and after we checked out. Would definitely come back!"

"We loved our stay! The property was great for our party of 6-10. The location was perfect in that it was close to everything… beach, bay, shopping, bars and restaurants. It was right in the center of town, on the main road, but still felt like you had your privacy on the deck or in the backyard. Communication with our host was super easy. Would definitely rent again."

"We had a great stay at Robert’s cottage! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and close to everything, we could walk just about anywhere! Parking was also easier than expected, with spots near the house available most of the time. Robert was easy to reach whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated.The only minor inconvenience was a non-working outlet in the main bedroom and another that only works when the overhead light is on. Fortunately, we had brought a power bank with us, so we were still able to charge our phones in the bedroom overnight. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again."

"The house was very much as pictured in the photos. The layout was perfect and the location of the house itself is unbeatable!! We had a small issue with the door, not locking on the slider and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. If I had to make a criticism , I have rented a lot of homes. I know this is a new trend and not particularly just this house but bringing your own sheets and towels and then charging 1000 cleanup fee when no one is washing sheets and remaking beds seems a little crazy to me. There were very few forks (5 for a house this size?) and only big spoons . Two of the kitchen cabinets did not have handles and had electrical tape that you used to pull the cabinets open , the cutlery , pots and pans, and things of that nature were all over the place. There was no real organization and when you’re staying in a house for a week and cooking, for me at least, those kinds of things make a difference. I know these types of things might seem nitpicky and they’re not at all things that ruined our week by any means! It’s a phenomenal location and a great house with a beautiful yard, but maybe types things someone would like to know beforehand."
