  • Welcome to the Chalet Ecureuil at the Domaine du Fraizier.
    Ideal place for lovers of peace and nature. The chalet has all the necessary equipment and comfort to ensure that your stay remains a moment of relaxation.
    Fitted out for 2 to 9 people, this chalet in the heart of the Aravis resorts offers a large terrace with summer kitchens, jacuzzi, relaxation area.
    You will enjoy a panoramic view of the Tournette massif without vis-à-vis, as well as a west-facing exposure

    Located 15 minutes from the ski slopes, free shuttles pass less than 100m from the chalet to take you to the resort
    The village of Thônes and its shops are just 3 km away. You will find all amenities throughout the year
    Lake Annecy is less than 20 minutes away by car.
    The chalet is also 1 hour from Chamonix, Lac du Bourget or Yvoire.

    A contribution of 150€ is requested for the commissioning of the jacuzzi.
    Bed linen is provided and beds made upon arrival
    Towels are not provided (possibility of renting €7 per pair), as well as bathrobes (€5 each).
    An electricity package of €70 is included in the rental, the excess of this package is billed according to consumption
    A basket of firewood awaits you on arrival in the chalet, if you want more, we can sell it to you, we detail by the bag or in 1/2 stere
    A deposit of €500 for the chalet and a second deposit of €500 for the jacuzzi will be requested on site on arrival, preferably by cheque, not cashed and returned after your departure

This property was extremely peaceful, tucked away behind the town and with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was also extremely well equipped with great attention to detail and very clean. We loved our time there and would definitely return!

Ne pas faire comme moi en pensant que comme la très grande majorité des locations, le jacuzzi est compris dans le prix; surtout quand on le met dans le titre. Alors oui c’est écrit dans le descriptif que j’avais pas franchement lu. 100 pour même pas 48h, sachant qu’il était de toute façon chauffé. Faire attention aussi en hiver, il neige particulièrement dans cette allée qui est pentue. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à sortir du parking du gîte complètement verglacé.Le gîte est bien pour deux, trop petit pour 4. Sinon il est bien décoré, propre, bien équipé.

Séjour agréable, au calme, proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement "Dahu" du domaine du Fraizier, espace suffisant pour un couple avec bébé (une séparation entre salon/cuisine et chambre mais pas d'isolation sonore), avec en option un confortable jacuzzi ! Le propriétaire Sylvain était très disponible, toujours souriant et serviable (petit déjeuner apporté tous les matins a la fenêtre !). logement conforme à l'annonce (photos et texte). très bien équipé. semble convenir davantage pour 2 personnes max car cela reste de la taille d'un studio. convient si on y dort et que l'on est à l'extérieur le reste de la journée. propriétaire réactif si nous avons des questions. petit conseil : les lumières extérieures qui éclairent le chemin jusqu'à l'emplacement de parking éblouit trop et empêche toute visibilité. peut être voir pour les régler. bonne continuation
