It was a great experience, I would like to point out one of the staff and commend him. Sean at the front desk was amazing. He represented himself and your organization in such a positive light, highly commendable.

The most impactful asset of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. As a new hotel, they have a few tweaks to make: for example, it would be helpful to have a copy of the room service menu in each room. Based on the excellence of the staff, though, I am confident they will work out these minor issues.

Beautiful hotel! Great location. Easy to walk to local vendors, shopping, and can walk to the seaport. Staff were helpful and friendly. We.didnarrive right when Les Miserable was getting out, which did cause conjestion. Simply pull up in front of the hotel for vallet parking. It did take a while to get our car out of vallet, so suggeat texting them ahead of time. Overall very nice stay Highly recommend.
