We checked in very late at midnight and staff was lovely. We also requested a late checkout and they provided us late checkout with ease. Property is wonderful. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are extremely nice, clean and spacious. Overall 5 stars!

We made reservations the day before for the next day. After driving 7 hrs from Georgia which we arrived at 8:00pm we expected for the room we booked to be ready at that time. Off course the room was nevered cleaned from the previous visitors. They moved us to another room after we said no we are not going to wait an hour while they clean it. I was disappointed that our room was not ready. Tom

Pool is dirty color green and noisy childrens running at 11 pm in the hallways and plauing with the doors and parent dont do nothing to calm his childrens since the phone of the room dosent work i have to go to walk to reception but they dont do nothing finally the childrens get tirede around 3 am

It was very clean. Everyone was very nice the only thing that we didn't like was the king size beds are very hard and so are the pull out beds.we didn't get hardly any sleep. So i would suggest if you don't like a hard bed dont get the rooms with the king beds

I'm a simple person so I was pleased with just about everything. Breakfast bar and coffee bar was blessing in the morning and everything around is in walkable distance. Staff is wonderfully kind.
