快適な滞在でした。
展示会会場や、空港までのシャトルバスは大変快適で安価です。また、朝食もシンプルですがおいしくて快適な滞在でした。バルコニーの大きな部屋だったので、外で仕事をしていると、鳥の声が聞こえました。スタッフの皆さんも親切でまた訪れたいです。

ジュネーブ空港に近くて便利。 部屋が広く、バルコニーも快適。 シャワーとバスも良かった。 受付の男性が親切でした！ また利用したいです。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
滞在場所は、空港と市街地の方向からみると反対側となりますが、自然が豊かな場所でした。今回残念であった点は、ホテルの従業員（レセプション）の方が、顧客の視点ではなくホテル側の都合や事情をもんきりがたに伝えてきた点でありました。また、当従業員は、フランス外の方であり、ジュネーブ市街地への交通手段すら把握しておらず、また質問をしても回答はできないとのことであり、不親切な対応が残念でした。

快適なスペース
街の中心部から徒歩で10分ほど離れていますが、イタリアンレストランが隣接し、子供が遊ぶスペースもついていて便利。夕食はそこで取りました。

Pretty good hotel and clean rooms. Short distance to a shopping mall and other restaurants. Only thing to highlight is that toilets are seated pretty high 😀 i am 174cm tall and barely touched the ground.. ha … overall pretty clean hotel and highly recommended.

Malgré un personnel plutôt sympathique, l’hôtel est décevant et ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Le pire : un énorme morceau de verre trouvé par terre dans notre chambre ! Voyageant avec un bébé, cela aurait pu être dramatique.

Perfect hotel for business travels
I stayed several times at this hotel when i come to CERN. Its very affordable and it offers large rooms with a small kitchen that has all the basics. The hotel is very clean and offers quite a few services, like free transfer to and from Geneve airport. The hotel is a bit isolated (about 15min walking from Saint Genis) but there is a bus station nearby that connects you to either Saint Genis or Thoiry.

Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana porque nos cancelaron un vuelo, en bus desde ginebra incluso es facil llegar, y si no, el hotel se puede encargar de organizarte un taxi, es una maravilla la verdad

Hotel com ótima localização e estacionamento fácil. Facilidade em chegar á Genebra e próximo ao Cerne. Possui cozinha completa, inclusive com máquina de lavar louças. Senti falta de ferro e tábua de passar.

Hotel correct mais ne meritant pas 4 etoiles car absence de climatisation et entretien perfectible. Taille du parking exterieur gratuit insuffisante. Rapport qualite/prix, petit dejeuner tres moyen...absence totale de produits locaux.

Ca va pour un court sejour
Court sejour avant un voyage depuis l'aéroport de Genève. Chambre spacieuse mais la clim ne marche pas bien et est bruyante pour peu d'air frais. Le parking est etroit et pas pratique.

Purtroppo non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani della camera in tre giorni. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Aria condizionata mal funzionante. Colazione scarsa a tarda ora. Ambienti in comune sporchi.

Decent hotel but limited dining options
The hotel is a little out of the way and the dining options are limited to teh two adjacent properties, otherwise our stay was fine and free parking was available.

I had to pay $160 euros for room without a/c , when it says clearly on the ad description that a/c is included like all 4 stars hotel , wifi is really bad in the rooms , breakfast could be better … and just for coming from geneve to the French border I was charged 60 euros for a 20 min taxi trip … really? Not again

Terrible hotel
July 2023, two rooms for one night. Both rooms had a terrible smell, they were way too hot and apparently their aircon was not on. Disappointing cleanliness and very hard beds. Breakfast was minimalistic and the outdoor eating area was full of wasps. Overall, the price is no way near the value.
