"hotel is located in a very convenient place and very clean. room service and food is great but unfortunately cant satisfy with the reception staff. there are very irresponsible and lazy. I sent e mails before book the hotel but no response for those. I left an luggage and after come back again they brought someone else luggage. No luggage tags. my flight is next day early morning and I paid my bill day before that but even next day morning they say printer is not working. that person said trust me ser I will send by E mail. some home I had to teach him how to do that and got my bill on that day. "
