This tasteful 18th-century holiday home in Thenon is ideal for families with children. For nature and culture lovers, for foodies, cyclists and walkers. Swimming in your private pool, lazing in your garden, having a barbeque, tasting the delicacies you bought at the market in the morning, having a drink on the terrace or listening to the crickets.

The home offers convenient distances to a lot of popular spots around. Tennis court in Azerat is just 9 km away while Montignac water sports can be enjoyed in a 15-minute ride. Groceries and bank if needed; cosy restaurants to be explored in 3 km each.

This home lies with his back to the world and overlooks a dreamy valley. In doing so, it invites stillness and reflection and offers many holiday pleasures, as it is located in the heart of Dordogne with all its sights. Lascaux, culture, festivals, churches and castles are within easy reach.

There is a car park on the domain that offers space for many cars if parking is efficient. The house is not adapted for wheelchair users; there is a step between the living area and the hall to the bedroom/bathroom. Good 4G internet connection, suitable for home office.
