"Village agréable.Appartement froid à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de moisissures, notamment sous l'evier dans un placard ne méritant pas son appellation ainsi que dans des "locaux" de rangement. Vieilles toiles d'araignées dans divers endroits et le four dans un état de saleté optimale. La propriétaire a dû se déplacer pour le nettoyer et a reconnu devoir changer la grille et la plaque de cuisson qu'elle ne parvenait pas à ramener à un état correct. "This apartment exceeded my expectations. We found fresh pasteries, plenty of coffee pods, and a gourmet tea box when we arrived. The cottage was well decorated and comfortable. We walked from the train station. We rented bikes in town and rode the canal de Bourgogne bike trail and hiked to the abbey de Fontenay. Angelique allowed us to check in early and checkout later. Communication was excellent. Located on a quiet street with easy walking access to town and the bike path. Highly recommend!"

Logis Hostellerie d’Aussois

10/10 Excellent

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer."

"Le cadre est totalement dépaysant, même en habitant juste à côté à Dijon. L'hôtel est très accueillant, la propreté est impeccable et le staff est vraiment aux petits soins, avec une mention spéciale pour le prof de golf qui est super sympa. C'est un vrai plus que les animaux soient acceptés. Côté papilles, le petit-déjeuner est très bon, et le bar est vraiment sympa avec de bons cocktails et de bons petits plats. Le seul petit bémol a été la présence de guêpes sur la terrasse, ce qui était un peu embêtant. Une magnifique expérience à renouveler !"

"We chose Hotel Val Vert for its location between Provence and Paris. We arrived fairly late and were able to have a lovely dinner right next door at a steakhouse. The room was very simple, clean and accommodating for 4 adults. The breakfast was amazing and we were so glad we chose to have it! A full buffet with many lovely and delicious items. The staff was super helpful and spoke English, which was a help for us. We would most definitely stay again should our travels take us to the area."

Super friendly and lets you feed the horses, really cool experience and just nice people! Top notch French food and highly recommend, especially if you’re into aviation!"

"A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again."
