"Even though the hot tub was broke(we were let known right at check in) the pools were great! The staff was amazing and our room was great! Parking could be cheaper or free for hotel guests but wasn’t an issue and easy paying for it! Walking bridge to mall was very close as well! Was worried about recent reviews but our weekend stay was great overall, no issues! As far as noise, once the pool closed there was 0 noise"

"The hotel is undergoing renovation, but the room was nice, clean, and featured upgraded flooring, furniture, and bedding. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, and bagels. Overall, a good stay, quiet and safe."

"The staff here was amazing during our spring break trip. I loved the great luggage carts and all the support of the staff, as I was a little nervous about handling all of our bags etc. on my own. Great price too! We will def be back! "

"The room was never clear during my 2 days stay. The toilet stopper was old it kept running every night so I ended up having to close the bathroom door. I called for the cable to be fixed, no one came up. Their appeared to be someone sleeping in the hallway the previous night he was there when I returned la to we that day. The AC kept shutting off and never really got cold. The parking lot had potholes the size of small mountains. Several car had broken windows as well. Breakfast their was only toast, cereal, begals orange juice and apple. Their was no other fruit or other breakfast items available. "

"I would highly not recommend this hotel me and my family have gotten a hotel here from Friday to Sunday and was immediately racially profiled the front desk people were very rude and asked us numerous of times what is are room number and let them see our I.d after we already paid for the room for the weekend we asked them let’s see on your policy where it says ask for I.d or room number every time we come in and out the building he couldn’t provide that instead he called the cops on us because we wouldn’t give them our room number remind you we had our kids with us the people knew who we were at the front desk from Friday so why ask our room number and I.d every time we come and leave the building we would not be back at this hotel we were traveling from Nebraska they hotel was ran down no hot breakfast toilet was stopped up room was ran down I highly DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!"
