Experience the Villages lifestyle in your family friendly, bright & airy 2 Bedroom, 2 bath home with your very own golf cart included. Brand new flooring just layed throughout the entire home!
Short golf cart ride to the town square, nightly entertainment, shopping, and the 4 golf courses right in our village. Come and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located home.

You will have access to all of our amazing amenities!!
The Club at Chatham Hills is home to two legendary Pete Dye-designed courses - an 18-hole Championship Golf Course and a 9-hole Executive Par 3 Course, a driving range with heated covered stalls, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a swim-up bar, 2-story fitness center with complimentary group fitness classes, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a 4-lane bowling alley, indoor golf simulators, Monon Trail access, dining, social club events throughout the year, drop-in childcare center, and more!

Not our best visit to villages

Well we walked in to a roach on the floor upside down kicking to be turned over( killed) then I’m sure no fault of the owners there was an animal in the attic so we literally left early only spent one night!
